Registration Guide

Welcome to the [2026 TAIWAN LUNAR SYMPOSIUM] registration page. To ensure a smooth process, please prepare the following information before proceeding to the registration form.

  • Registration Opens: January 23, 2026
  • Registration Deadline: February 22, 2026
• Registration Fee
  • SOC Members and Invited Speakers: Registration fee waived
  • General Participants: NTD 6,000 (payable on-site)
  • Students: NTD 3,000 (payable on-site)

1. Personal Information
   • Please provide your full name, nationality, affiliation, and contact information
   • Important for Mainland Chinese Citizens:
     Please prepare your documents for the Entry Permit application in advance.

   • ⚠️ Important Deadline / 重要期限 Please submit all required documents by February 28. Failure to do so will result in the LOC being unable to assist with your entry permit application. (請務必於 2月28日 前提供完整資料，逾期 LOC 將無法協助辦理入臺/相關許可證。)
2. Abstract Submission
   • Indicate your presentation intent. If presenting, please have your title, author list, and abstract text (max 500 words) ready.
   • Note: Due to limited time slots, the Scientific Organizing Committee (SOC) reserves the right to assign accepted abstracts to either Oral or Poster presentations based on the total number of submissions.
3. Meal Preferences
   • Please indicate dietary requirements and your attendance at the Conference Banquet.
4. Accommodation
   • Indicate if you require accommodation assistance, and select your preferred hotel and room type.
5. Transportation
   • Please select your mode of transportation for both arrival and the return trip (Shuttle Bus / Independent).
6. Excursion
   • Decide if you will join the post-conference excursion on August 13 and indicate the total number of participants.
